up to 30 days FOR ISSUANCE AT TASHKENT AIRPORT against a fee of USD 45 per
person. The invitation will be issued within 10..14 days and sent to you by
e-mail attachment. The print-out of the invitation will enable you to check
in and obtain the visa at the COnsular desk at the airport in Tashkent.
Urgent processing (5...7 working days) is an option with double-payment, but
we cannot guarantee this and the visa will also cost up to 100% more.
Hotel bookings are not required for the LOI.

Po objednávce a zaplacení již pouze čekáte cca 10 dní - u nás opravdu rychle - a do emailu Vám dorazí LOI. Ještě kromě placení musíte vyplnit formulář a přinést potvrzení o studiu nebo od zaměstnavatele (VZOR!). To samé + fotka, pas a letenka se nese na ambasádu. O tom až příště :)

Most likely you will have to fill in the data form again online for each of you separately at www.evisa.mfa.uz; another form may need to be filled in at the Consulate in any event. When doing so - Please make sure that you maintain the info as per the group application we have provided, most importantly for the inviting organisation, port of entry and the hotels, otherwise there could be problems. In case there should be any errors in the application form, just fill it in again online at www.evisa.mfa.uz. You may also be able to adjust the dates, but note that the final decision for this is essentially with the Consul. Changing the visa pick-up point and number of entries is NOT possible.
For visa application a print out of the invitation and the application will normally be required. Note that the reference will expire 3 months after the date of issue. Please note that the cost of the LOI does not include the actual visa fees or any other services in UZbekistan.
For visa application you will need to submit the attached visa support form to the Embassy in Kyiv, a print out of the invitation may be required.

In Uzbekistan you are required to perform OVIR registration usually this is handled automatically through the Hotels or guesthouses you stay at. Please retain the registration slips attached to your passport for your final departure.
With the tourist visa you are legally required to register through licensed hotels or guesthouses in all places where you spend more than 2 nights in a row. Anyhow - as this law is interpreted differently by various Government bodies we STRONGLY recommend to stay (and automatically register) at hotels in ALL cities. We will be glad to assist booking these at competitive prices at our regular booking fees. Please retain the registration slips attached to your passport for your final departure.
There are no alternatives to perform OVIR registration and in case you fail to register as outlined, deportation and official Government fines of up to USD 1,000 per person can be imposed.
